Ms. Samoa 2016 closes.

Samoa Tourism Authority Fale was full of family, boyfriends and supporters of this year's Miss Samoa Pageant. The Reverend Paulo Koria complimented all the youngsters. Congratulations to former Miss Samoa, Ariana Taufao, for her outstanding work during her term of office. Eventually he complimented the new Miss Samoa, Priscilla Olana and wish her all the best for her rule.

La'eimau Oketevi Tanuvasa of S.E.I. was honoured to call all champions and supporters. In all, all eight participants, up to and counting the new Miss Samoa, were awarded by the various donors. The organising committee also gave Ariana Taufao a gift as a sign of recognition for all the work she had done for Samoa during her time.

Teuila's 2016 Miss Samoa competition concludes next Friday so that we can welcome the 8 beautiful participants who have registered this year. She' s always been a admirer of the beautiful Samoa and is proud of her Samoan people. She' s committed to being a role model for changes in our societies and wants to enable and inspirit young women - if you have a purpose or a vision, you are never too young or too old to pursue it!

She studies at the University of Auckland to expand her expertise and abilities to be an efficient lawyer for our Samoan population. Graduated in 2015 in Tourism and Hospitality from NUS and currently works for Fuatino's Fashion. It is planning to go abroad to deepen its expertise in the tourist sector.

Has a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources and International Hotel Management from Griffith University, Queensland AusItralia and is passionately interested in working with the Samoan people. It is of Samoan, Indian, Rotuman and Indian ancestry. At SPREP, Priscilla works as a Pacific Environmental Engineer for the Pacific Climatic Challenge Portal (PCCP).

She is passionate about it and her aim is to create a center where kids can use their skills to serve others and glamour God. You' ll need to go to Miss Samoa's Facebook page and upload the picture of the participant who is your favorite.
