We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivating executive with outstanding personality presentations and teamwork. Proven leadership abilities in a multi-cultural workforce are as important as a sound sense of humour and a commitment to customer care. Good education and supervision are indispensable in this position. A good command of verbal and writing German is as important as computer knowledge in MS Excel and Word.

Candidates must have three to five years' room supervision expertise. A U.S. work permit is necessary unless the nominee is currently in a senior management post at a Four Seasons site . Assistant Director of Housekeeping makes sure that our guesthouse and all areas in front of and behind the building are always in perfect state.

You will take a very hand on managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department by creating and monitoring scheduled clean-up plans and working in close cooperation with the front desk to make sure the accommodation is available on time to Four Seasons standard requirements. You will support the supervisors in the education and monitoring of housekeeping personnel and take charge of the department in the Executive Housekeeper's absent .
