The Palmerston North Monument of Military. Lady Silvia Cartwright unveiled new badges at the re-opening of the Palmerston North Cenotaph, 11 am, 13 August 2005. Both new plates were inscribed with 84 WWI titles not shown on the initial front plate, as well as WWI and other World wars.
Two smaller boards, which used to be on both sides of the principal name lists, were now pushed over the bricks at the front of the stairs. Name on the new badge on the lefthand side. Name on the new right sticker. Dedication badge, 13 August 2005.
