Easter Island & Patagonia holiday, small group. Magic Easter Island & Atacama Desert These terms and conditons are valid for your reservation and are part of your agreement. An agreement is concluded when we have accepted your reservation and issued our acknowledgement of this. Unless otherwise stated, all communications will be delivered to the main passengers of the reservation. An advance payment of 10% of travel expenses is necessary (15% for Brazil holidays).

Remaining amount must be payed 90 nights before arrival. In case the reservation is made less than 90 nights before the start of the trip, full payments must be made at the time of reservation. To ensure your vacation planning in some cases, we may require an advanced prepayment before we can book the corresponding service.

You will not be refunded if you choose later not to continue the reservation. Please call us before making a reservation to verify the current and accurate rate for your selected vacation. As soon as you have made a reservation and we have sent out our receipt, your travel rate can only be changed due to a significant rise in our cost or an increased fee, charge, tax or similar item due to government measures.

The travel rate will be adjusted if these changes occur before your holiday: With the exception of rises in admission charges or taxes, such as APD or value-added taxes, we will cover any rise of up to 2% of your vacation costs. In the event of a supplement of more than 10% of the tour fee, you are authorised to withdraw and receive a full reimbursement within 7 working nights after the announcement of the supplement.

Less than 30 workdays before the beginning of the vacation there is no supplement. We will do our best to help you if you wish to change your vacation planning before depart. Cancellations made within 60 working nights prior to your arrival may be treated as cancellations and will be subject to a charge.

Changes after the start of the trip are generally not possible. Cancellations may be subject to charges for changes made during your vacation. You must inform us in written form if you wish to withdraw from your vacation. In case of a claim more than 90 nights before the start of the trip, the remaining amount will not be refunded in case of cancelling.

If a group member is cancelling and others still wish to leave, surcharges will be charged for the use of the group. It is recommended to take out a fully comprehensive policy with cancelation protection, even in case of an act of God, see section 6.

To make sure that we can offer you the holidays as described, we make thorough agreements with airline companies, hotel companies and skippers. In some cases, however, it may be necessary to change your vacation policy (including airline companies, air travel, accommodations, transportation or services) due to conditions beyond our controls.

If changes are necessary, we will do our best to make sure that they do not impact your vacation. If you need a larger modification before your departure (defined as a modification of your route so that you are no longer able to go to a place where you want to stay one or more days or a suitable alternate place, or a modification of your accomodation to a lower level or a lower level affecting a substantial part of your holiday) or if we have to withdraw from your vacation, we will get in touch with you and give you the choice: to accept the modification of your vacation; to withdraw your vacation with a full reimbursement.

In case we have to terminate your vacation less than 60 nights before your arrival or make significant changes, except in case of an act of God (see section 6 below), you will also be eligible for the following stages of compensation: In case of unforeseeable circumstances, we will get in touch with you and provide you with the above options.

If we can still arrange your vacation in case of Acts of God, but you would like to call it off, please do not hesitate to do so. While we will try to reclaim the amounts you pay for your holidays from the supplier and reimburse you, if we are not able to do so, you may be able to demand unrecoverable expenses from your health insurer.

In the event that a part of your vacation is not provided as agreed and this impairs the appropriate pleasure of your vacation, we will compensate you according to the conditions, up to a limit of twice the cost of the respective work. There is no liability for sickness, bodily harm or loss of life if there has been no negligence on the part of our staff, representatives, suppliers or subcontractors, or as a consequence of participation in an activities that is not part of the vacation we book in the UK.

If sickness, bodily harm or loss of life occurs during flights, train journeys, cruises or overnight stays in hotels, the amount of indemnification you can obtain is restricted in accordance with the terms of an international agreement. In the event of sickness, bodily harm or even loss due to participation in any of the activities involving a third person, we will, in our sole and absolute judgment, provide help and guidance in resolving the problem if you notify us within 90 workingdays from its occurrence.

Customers are accountable for meeting all migration and medical conditions, for procuring and maintaining valid passport, visa and immunisation records and for arranging all of them, even for stopovers on intercontinental routes. It' s your own risk to comply with your own legislation, otherwise you may be expelled from your holidays and we will not take any liability for you.

Remember that travelling in Latin America is not the same as travelling in the UK and small discomforts and lags may occur due to bad road condition, strike, demonstrations, or other causes. If you are traveling with an air carrier, the terms and condition of carriage of that carrier shall prevail, some of which restrict or waive your responsibility.

Sometimes it is possible to book a seat directly with the carrier by phone or on-line before the trip. Carriers do not allow more than one reservation per seat on a single trip and may reverse a seat if they are owned by more than one carrier. This is important to note when packaging, as taking along extra luggage usually causes costly extra costs at check-in.

If you are ill or have other difficulties during your holidays, you must have appropriate health care coverage, which covers the costs of providing help, which includes repatriating you in an emergencies situation. When you have a complaint about your leave arrangement abroad, please contact our regional agents, who will do everything in their power to resolve it quickly and satisfactorily.

Please write to us within 28 working hours of your return to the UK if you have tried to correct the foreign country problem. If you buy an ATOL-protected ticket including holidays from us, you will get an ATOL certificate. We or the vendors indicated on your ATOL certificate will supply you with the service specified on the ATOL certificate (or a convenient alternative).

For some cases where neither we nor the vendor are in a position to do so for bankruptcy purposes, an alternate owner of Atta may offer you the service you have purchased or a viable option (at no additional charge to you). Under the foregoing conditions, you consent to the alternate owner of Atoll fulfilling these commitments and you consent to paying any amounts due to that alternate owner under your agreement.

However you also accept that in some cases it will not be possible to name another person holding your account, in which case you will be able to make a request through the system of your bank (or your bank account). If, for bankruptcy reason, we or the vendors named in your Air Travel Trust are not able to perform the above mentioned service (or a reasonable option, through another Air Travel Trust owner or otherwise), the Air Travel Trust Trustees may make a service to you ( "or grant you a service") under the Air Travel Trust's system.

As consideration for such payments or performances, you hereby consent to the assignment to such trustees of all rights you may have or may have in connection with the failure to provide the Service, together with all rights against us, the tour operator (or, if any, your issuing bank card).

At the same time, you consent to such receivables being assignable to another entity if that other entity has made payments that you have made under the ATOL system. All the information we ask you for, together with your and your group's members' details, is necessary for us to organise and conduct your holidays.

When you book a vacation with us, you consent to our handling and, if necessary, forwarding of this data outside the EU.
