Being a Maui resident, my husband and I can really say that there is no better place to stay or to spend a holiday than Maui Banyan. Our apartment was purchased with a long-term objective in view..... One time we were waiting until the right apartment was available. We' re less than 90 minutes from Kamaole 2 Kamaole Beaches, four minutes walking distance to the courts, three minutes walking distance to one of the swimming pool, Wi-Fi, beach gear and seven minutes walking distance to the Wailea parks and shops are only eight minutes by car.

Welcome to PARADISE. At the top level, with a view of Diamond Head and Palolo Valley through ceiling-high soundproof doors, this apartment is calm enough to sleep in. The apartment is equipped with deckchairs, handheels, parasol, snorkeling gear and boatyard.

A well-equipped 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Condominium has a California King single berth in the main room, two single berths in the second room and a comfy extendable sofa berth in the sitting-room.

There is a TV, cables, wireless connection, washing machine and tumble-drier. The lounge has a very comfortable couch and a beautiful Hwaiian stool. Here too, the site of this area is unbeatable - opposite a sandstrand and on the southern outskirts of Kailua-Kona city centre on Alii Drive.

It is located in Bldg. D, a great place within the compound - near everything (pool, beaches etc.), but far enough from the highroad. We have a complete canteen, a cosy lounge with sofa sheet, a dinette, a private double room, a bath room with bathtub and toilet, a fully equipped terrace and free wireless internet access.

There is a barbecue directly in front of the house. Not more than five minutes walking distance from my apartment is the nice lido with a chalet that provides free bath linen and highchairs. An outdoor freshwater showers is situated directly on the shore to wash away the saltwater and sands.

There is free entrance to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (formerly Kiahuna Swim & Tennis Club) with swimming pools (suitable for small children), running frames, power equipment and outdoor use. Two televisions - one in the master suite and a real high definition TV in the lounge with wired cabinet and Blu-ray disc players.

You are invited by our tropic enthusiasts to take advantage of the sea breeze or to select the centrally located A/C. Condominium with one room with stunning views of the Pacific and Molokai Island. We are just a few minutes away from the sea with our own beach club restaurante. We also have a new nice indoor pool with something for everyone.

The Kamaole Sands has a swimming area, outside shower, deckchair, two Jacuzzis, a children's paddling area, a play area with a ping pong court and a fitness room. The Hawaii I. D. S:: It is a second-storey angular device. Large window surrounds the edge, so that the views from the galley are breathtaking.

A large main room with a glazed slidable entrance that leads into the landai provides a full sight of the sea. Maui Kamaole Resort has an AAA 3-diamond valuation and a Certificate of Excellence. We have a large, nicely furnished apartment on the plot, in the newer, coveted'J' structure, which provides tranquil, peace and tranquillity while still offering a wide sea-face.

There' s a double berth in the master suite and a king in the second one. We' ve got a new 50' Smart LCD TV in the lounge with complimentary Netflix and Hulu, as well as a TV in each of the bedrooms. The sea views can be enjoyed in the lounge as well as on the Land.

Safety on site, and reserved free car parks are right in front of our apartment. BBQ' are a few paces outside. Wicker baskets, parasols, boat ie board and everything necessary for a great days on the shore are provided. Situated in the centre, just 2km from Wailea, you can reach top quality dining, shops, first rate gold and weddings or 3-5 minutes walking distance from Kihei, with a wide range of dining to suit all tastes and budgets.

The apartment is directly opposite the famous Kamaole Park and Kamaole Beachs. The Kamaole is a lovely sandy spot with great snorkelling, swim and a picnic area. It' only 5 minutes on foot from our apartment. This is one of the most scenic places in Hawaii, Keawakapu Strand.

Hike this stunning section of sand to the Wailea Resort - one of our favourite early birdlife. Situated in the centre of a large number of prestigious golfs, all of which are available by appointment. Situated in the coveted village of Ma'alaea on the island of Maui, this is a single room, a bathing apartment new to the holiday rentals area.

Ma'alaea is not only a centrally located spot to all of our golfs, it is also a small cul-de-sac with a 5 mile long shore of sand at one end and a small harbour with snorkelling boots, watch whales, boat trips, boat trips on the sunsets or ocean-fish.

Throughout the year tortoises romp around just before dawn and you can also see occasionally threatened monks seals sunbathing on the cliffs in front of the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with deckchairs and handheels, reading and filming while you relax at home, confortable beds, fully fitted cuisine, a panorama sea front with Haleakala (our volcano) in the Back.

Here you will find everything you need, such as stationery, toiletpaper, dishwasher detergents, dishwashing detergents, rubbish sacks, soap....and much more. There is even a tumble-drier right in the apartment, so you don't even have to take many dresses with you. It is the only house on the road with a roofed car park and it is allocated so that your car park is always there for you each and every day you come home.

Ma'alaea Village is only a few minutes on foot from the complex. There you will find a delicatessen, a grocery shop, a convenient shop, the Pacific Whale Foundation Shop, the Maui Ocean Centre Aquarium, a mall and a minigolf area. Enjoy tasty food at one of the Maui' s favourite restaurants such as Beach Bums and Buzz's wharf and the recently opened Porto, an artisanal pizzeria with flame......and soon you will reopen the award-winning Waterfront restauran.

Haycraft Park is located at the end of our road, just a few minutes on foot from the apartment. Swim in crystal clear water or begin your stroll along the gorgeous, not overcrowded sand beaches adjacent to the Kealia National Wildlife Refuge. It is a 6 block long stroll, or you can go there and use the small car park.

It ends in Kihei at Sugar Bea. There' s also a small sandy shore right under our windows, where you can sunbathe or the children can build their own sandburgh. November to April, you' ll be able to see the stunning view and fantastic whale spotting from your own landai! Condominium is situated by the sea in the center of Maui, so you will not be in your vehicle for long while you visit other parts of the island.
