Maui' s newest Adults-Only Boutique Resort opened today.

The Kohea Kai Maui, a fully adult residence, is now open and welcomes the Maui. This 26-room boutique in the centre of Kihei, just a few minutes walk from the sea, a roof loung, an outside swimming pools, free breakfasts and a 24-hour check-in area. The Oceanfront 1,000 sq. m. penthouse overlooks a five miles long shore and nearby distant islets, including a separate landai (terrace), Jacuzzis inside and outside, a separate main room and bath, a sitting room with a queen size couch, as well as culinary delights and eating areas.

Customers can admire the view from Oceanview Penthouse, a luxury 850 sq. m. apartment overlooking Haleakala and the sea. The two storey apartment has a domed duvet, a California King cushion crib, a separate landai, a dinning room, a lounge and cooking areas. Pool View Penthouse has 1,800 sq. m. of open plan lounge, a culinary galley, whirlpool, washing machine and tumble drier and two separate landais.

These three bedrooms, two bathrooms overlooking the swimming pools and is ideal for funmakers. Outside the resort's swimming pools, visitors can sit on deckchairs to relax while enjoying the Maui tan and the sea breezes. If you want to take everything with you, the resort's roof top deck provides unobstructable sea-view.

Visitors can relax in deck chair and starry sky, enjoying sunsets or watching whales (whale watching is in the middle of December to mid-April). The room is also available for personal use.
