Every apartment has a special occupation level, which covers babies (infants - 18 years). You will find the booking boundaries for each apartment on our website. Overly noisy, political factions and breaches of occupation can lead to expulsions and penalties of up to $2000 per daily. MCH is not liable for representing the owners.

Payments policy: When you authorise your on-line payments by means of your bank account, you accept the Swiss Exhibition regulations, the first three overnight stays are debited from your bank account and the remainder is debited to the same bank account on the due date of inpayment. The following cards are accepted by MCH:

Visa and Discover. Authorization of your cardholder & security: Bookings will not be valid ated until we have received the first 3 days advance and full amount by bankcards. MCH is also entitled to debit the same debit/pay to the same debit cardholder if this is necessary for damage, excess clean-up or loosing the ownership or its content by the customer during his visit.

Deposit protection: Accidental loss or theft of the rented unit's furnishings during your holiday is covered by the deposit protection scheme. The customer will be debited with the deposited debit cards. If an insured person causes material or bodily injury to the device through accidental actions or negligence during your visit to one of our rented objects, the insurer will refund the insured person the costs for the repairs or replacements of these objects up to a limit of $1500.00.

Detailed information on guarantee insurance can be found in the insurance policy or in the insurance policy. Collateral Protection is a one-time charge of $35. and will be taken into account in the closing payments. When the bailout is denied, a $1,500. Caution is withdrawn with the last instalment.

A refund of the 00 bail will be made to the client within 30 working nights after his/her return, provided that no loss or injury is found. Booking at the reception on the property: Although the login details are provided to you, you must be registered at the reception desk on the property.

You may be charged if you do not log in. You will receive a park card when you sign up. If you do not show your badge on the instrument panel of your vehicle, your vehicle may be dragged away. For the following areas, the Association of Homeowners requires all visitors to sign up at the reception:

Kamaole Sands, Maui Kamaole, Sugar Beach Resort, Kihei Akahi, Maui Banyan, Kauhale Makai, Leina'ala, Maui Sunset, Kihei Surfside, Wailea Grand Champions, Maui Vista, Royal Mauian, Kapalua Villas, Wailea Ekolu, Menehune Shores and Maui Hill. Please be aware that Kamaole Sands will require all passengers to check in at reception upon arriving and to pay a $100- if you do not.

Reception is open 24 hours a day. When you do not sign up at reception, the $100 charge will be deducted from your bank account. The MCH cannot give an absolute warranty for certain quantities or accommodation. Any reservation is susceptible to changes or cancellations for any reason such as strike (e.g. sanitary, electrical, etc.), property inquiries, sales of units, changes in state and district law, force majeure or untimely evacuation of guesthood.

Signatories to this contract must log on to reception or the office during office opening times and be accountable for the duration of the contract. With effect from January 1, 2016, the Hawaiian government has passed a new legislation prohibiting tobacco use in all closed or partly closed areas accessible to the population. This is to guarantee a uniform degree of protection against passive use.
