Accommodation and Arrival on the Yasawa Islands - Yasawa Islands Forum

We' ll be landing on April 18th and are planing (and booking) to travel to Nanuya Island for 3 overnight stays. We' d also like to remain 2-3 day in the Octopus resorts (Waya). But we have a total of 10 whole day (9 nights) to live on the islands, and I also thought about seeing some of the Mamanucas.... although if Yasawas are "better", we can only remain here, because all we ask for are those knows shores :)

All the tips for islands, accommodation or itineraries that are useful for us when we "start" from Nanuya would be very welcome! It is possible to leave from Nanuya and explore the islands at will, or you have to go in a certain "order" (north-south or south-north).

Hello Zelda', Since your first stop is in the NIR, it is best to organize your resort from there to the souths. The Yasawa Flyer makes one journey a full working days, north to the NIR and then back to Denarau, where it stops on its way up. Many other NIR nearby resort would not need the flyer you could move to, which would spare you $$$$$$ in transfers charges.

The Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, seems to be the latest fashion at the time, offers several tourists and I think you would like it. Take a look at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, they are near Nanuya, & would not travel on the flyer to broadcast - you may need to come with them & collect you.

yasawa as would meet your needs better than mamanucas - smaller resort, not so buy beautiful beach. if you have found out where you want to go. Getting a Bula Pass may be less expensive, according to how many destinations you visit and the length of your stay.
