The EPT is the world' s foremost honorary association for technology. Established in 1925, ACHS is the only certification body in the country for honorary academic associations and establishes a standard for organisational excellence and academic aptitude. ACHS' vision is to create a visible and coherent fellowship of honorary associations, both nationally and internationally, that promote the value of higher learning, promote scientific excellency, management, service and research and adhere to the principles of the honorary association.

Pia Tau Sigma (Honorary Society of Mechanical Engineering)

He is the Honorary Association for Mechanical Engineering and a member of the Association of College Honor Societies. Pi Tau Sigma's idea was launched in 1915 at the University of Illinois and the University of Wisconsin. The Pi Tau Sigma was founded in 1916 by these two colleges.

The Purdue University and the University of Minnesota were rented in 1922 and have been growing ever since. Pi Tau Sigma's goals are (1) to encourage high standards in the engineer profession ( (2) to encourage and encourage divisional activity () to enhance occupational well-being and (4) to build management and the citizens. In order to become a postgraduate member, members must have a Bachelor's Diploma from a Pi Tau Sigma free college and a referral from two members of the Pi Tau Sigma Department.
