There is a specially designed shuttles for handicapped persons and offers transportation from the quay to the city centre and around the islands and back to the quay in good season for departures. There is also a specially designed shuttles for handicapped people for intercity transportation from the airports and to hotels.

Virgins Airlines provides special services for single travelers (unaccompanied minors) - trips with an assistant dog, vision and hearing impairment, -special meal, -pets, -flying during pregnancy, -baggage meeting and assisting, -medical terms, -mobility support, -independent journey requirements, -disability accessibility facilitate.

The Ramada Resort has a handicapped accessible junior suites, with different interiors in each room to provide wheelchair accessible accessibility for those in the room and bath. Situated on the central road, the apartment does not require visitors to walk up and down the house.

There is an elevator to take you to the dining room, pubs and swimming pools. There is a ramp for the swimming pools, dining area and lounge. The Warwick Le Lagon Resort has a ramp throughout the grounds and easy entry to all of our dining and swimming area. The Grand Casino offers a ramp to the entry and front desk from both sides of the Casino, as well as a ramp from the foyer to the pools.

The rooms are equipped with a seperate showers to facilitate the entrance for wheelchairs. It has been pointed out by the hotels administration that maps and drafts, which contain further accessible characteristics, are the responsibility of hotels and clients. The Holiday Inn Resort has a single room in the central house, only on the floor of the front desk for wheelchairs, while the room and bathrooms are well-equipped.

The Poppys on the Lagoon has a wheel chair entrance around the site to most areas and a room for "Special Needs". The room is accessible from outside and has entrance to the master suite, bath and sitting-room. The Mangoes Estate and restaurants can accommodate disabled people. The Iririki Island and Spa facilities for the disabled are also identified by a symbol of accessibility throughout the area.
