Want to make your holiday more of a happy holiday? The activities vary from amusing and/or risky to not entirely legitimate and/or almost silly. Of course I wouldn't have had a real life exposure if I hadn't noticed that there were NO clear signposts for stress passing everywhere and/or taking incalculated chances; but since I managed to survive my adolescence to become a more ripe grown-up, the activities below are restricted to Hawaiian adventures of the fun and daredevil kind.

Liability Disclaimer: All these activities are a little more risky than the Oahu tourist averages. I do not recommend these activities. You can' make a mess of your vacation by doing something silly. Remember that several walks in the city are also considered extremely adventurous activities in the Hawaiians. Aquatic Activities in Hawaii:

Hawaii, Waimea Bay: From a 20-foot ledge you can leap in summers (good for beginners); and in winters you can see the mobserving! From a 35-foot bluff, dive into a fresh water lake. I' ve jumped more than 200 of them, and every one is as scary as the last one!

Situated in the Portlock neighbourhood of Hawaii Kai, this naturally occurring wall of rocks has been shaped by never-ending wavy movements and forms a wonderful setting for some funny snaps! The 55-foot bluff jumps into the estuary of a cavern, where the ripples break in and then "spit" again. You can still leap from the much lower porcelain panels if the nerves fail.

The waves "rinse" in, around and out of this rocky shell. Shark's Cave Hawaii: Scuba dipping becomes an extremely difficult task when you float through the cave under the cliffs of the bay. But every one of these waves is an almost flawless pipe - ideal for body-surfing!
