Since 1961, KTF has a long track record and expertise in a large number of missile launches and has assisted over 400 mission. The KTF offers a high-quality integral system for carrying out a broad spectrum of testing procedures.

The activities are supporting material research, component design, progressive re-entry technology, system for recovering and entering waters, ballistic Missile Defence tests and onboard research and deveopment. KTF has capabilities to assemble, test and launch orchestrated missiles and guided missiles loads, receive, record and process information from and transmit it via distant airborne and shipborne instrument decks.

The KTF is a leaseholder and an integrated part of the U.S. Navy Pacific Missile Ranges Facility (PMRF), the world's biggest test track (underwater, superficial, aerial and spacecraft). Complementary functions of PNRF cover aviation security, speed camera monitoring, global timekeeping, receiving information by means of telesmetry, communications and meteorological datas. Situated on the western tip of the island of Kauai, Hawaii, our site provides outstanding meteorological and flying corridor facilities for preparations and flying as well.

Poipu Beach Kauai Restaurant Plantation Gardens

Encircled by red-hot Thai flares and the Kiahuna Factoryation Resort's gorgeous Moir Gardens, Planation Gardens offers Pacific food with local Hawaiian-influenced. Situated on the southern side of Kauai, Hawaii, on Poipu Beach, the hotel is a wonderfully renovated property that once was used as a farm management for Hawaii's first sugary farm, the Koloa-plantage.

Later the Moir family bought the property and created the world-famous garden around the farm. Featuring the legacy of the ancient factory in Hawaii, the Planation Garden meal will celebrate the richness and beauties of the islands of Hawaii. We catch our own freshwater seafood every day by native fishers in the Kauai area.

Organic produce and aromatic plants are freshly harvested on our own farm and in our own garden. Attractive seats, all embedded in the charming Moir Garden, are available at Planation Garden. Our guest can enjoy a meal on our Landai with views of quiet backyards, lilies pools and lush greenery, or in our beautifully renovated dinning room with beautifully finished Brasilian beech flooring, interwoven barriques, and plantage overheads.
