The Kapiti Coastline is a part of the South North Island of New Zealand with pristine shores, streams, villages, welcoming locals and untouched open space from Paekakariki to Otaki. The Otaki Forks is a major entry to Tararua Forest Park. Heidi Matenga in Waikanae provides a short hike with a beautiful panoramic views of Kapiti Island and good hiking and hiking trails.
