The Best of Easter Island Hotels. Discover the depths of Rapid Nui

"2018 Goldlist," Condé Nast Traveler. "2018 Goldlist," Condé Nast Traveler. "2018 Goldlist," Condé Nast Traveler. We have a unique architectural style that blends the island's unique geographical features with the surrounding area. When we were taken from one place to another by our experienced leaders, we learnt about the story and significance of the area.

Some of our leaders were native rappa nui who gave an authentically look at the country. Walking around the island was a great way to see lesser-known places that we could only reach on feet. Though I would have liked to see more dishes on the menus, we were enjoying the dishes and especially the regional starters that had been presented at a typical dancing performance and a soiree.

Our biggest group consisted of six persons, and in additon to the major goals, our leaders led us to places most of our guests don't see: in minute caverns with a mai and a petroglyph, which are centuries old, down to rocky trails with breathtaking seaviews. One of the high points of this journey was our guide, with her love for the island's rich cultural and historical heritage and her inquisitiveness.

In general, the personnel were amazing, from barkeepers who recalled our name to the Paulina, the hostel owner, who organised us a great meal after our visit to Valparaiso (and a star-watching tour of the grounds). There' s no other place on the island, and it's definitely good for a dime.
