Recently we were at this resort - Kadavu "A Backwater Resort". In my view, during my Ayurveda 7 whole week I became ill due to the Ayurvedic-nourishment. My physician accepted my symptoms, made some changes, but only after the fifth morning did I have to decide to go to a hospital because my health was getting worse and I was in severe aches.

The MIMS Hospital (15 km away) was very well run, reasonably priced and professionally run. In consultation with 5 different physicians I was confident that the Ayurveda diets should be stopped in the first few day after the start (I had told the doctor). However, the management of the resort did not feel responsible and was not even interested in a discount or reimbursement for the pains and sufferings and possible misconduct of their physician.

You do not even recognize that your own physician should have made the decisions about the admission before. The Kadavu I abandoned after a weeks disappointment for this cause and after taking no advantage of the long trip and the costly treat. General space conditions and the management's professionality did not come near 5 stars (as they claim).

So, when you do an Ayurvedic treatment, you yourself supervise what your system sends to prevent what happens to me from occurring to you. Incidentally, on my home trip I had to be taken to hospital for the third case within 4 workdays! Here too, the impartial test results of a European hospital can give me the evidence I need.

In case the customer intends to arrive at the guesthouse after 5 p.m., he must notify the guesthouse in time. If you have not booked in before 5 p.m. and have not notified the hotels of your delayed check-in, the hotels can vacate the room.

However, some establishments may require a 100% bond at check-in; refusal to make the bond may result in the guesthouse not accepting check-in. Guests must settle the full amount on departure; the hotel's payments may under no circumstances be retained by the client after the end of the sojourn.
