Aldesta Hotels is not responsible for any delay or change in itinerary. Passengers coming to Gladstone via the Gladstone International Airports can make a booking at the booking stage. Transfers start at 11:30 am in front of the arrival area of the international airports. Boat check-in at the yacht harbour opens at 12:30 pm, but baggage can be handed in at the check-in counter from 10:00 am.

When you make your own way to Gladstone Marina, you will find her on Bryan Jordan Drive, Gladstone. A seaplane service in Australia every day (except Christmas Day), depending on available and tidal conditions. Once you arrive in Gladstone, please take the Seaplane Office to Australia, near the Gladstone Airport Terminal. Once you have picked up your bags at the conveyor belt, please leave the major airport terminal and turn right and you will find Australia by Seaplane Office 100 meters from Gladstone Airport (look for the cream-colored buliding with the label "Australia by Seaplane").

Depending on the airplane's availabilty at least 2 or 4 persons per trip are necessary, please ask for further information. Seaplanes are restricted in terms of load capacity and weight must be stated at charter. For the transfer of seaplanes a free luggage amount of 15 kg per passenger is applicable, whereby we prefer the use of flexible cases or pockets.

From Gladstone, your trip will take you past Facing Island and Curtis Island and then you will see about 25 mile of coral sea before you reach Polmaise Reef, where you can see tortoises, stingrays and shark.

Navy Helisopter Charter runs the stage transfers every day, depending on meteorological conditions. In order to make you as comfortable as possible, our Customer Services Center and our Passengers Room are situated right next to the luggage conveyor in the Gladstone Airport Arrivals Terminal. Free luggage is 15 kg per capita for transfers by airplane, preferably with luggage in cases or bag.
