On one of his three years ago Dr. Ravi Pillai went on a trip to a favourite London based Indian food place. It was so overwhelming by the flavour and presenting of India's cooking that he wanted to see the cook. Suresh Pillai was presented to the cook and to his astonishment they found out during the interview that they were both from Chavara, Kollam.

It was their joint commitment to pass on the best of their knowledge and experiences to Kerala and other Keralites. There is an exceptional view of the surrounding area with sea view around and inside the resort and an abundance of birdlife. Eating was costly for no good cause, they had to repair it because the menus themselves were poorly administered, there were no quadratic dinners and the prices for the entrées were the same. ?A well-run establishment in the immediate vicinity of the town of Kollam.
