Snorkel Tour - Snorkeling, Diving Molokai's Barrier Reef

Our courses are designed for students of all age groups and backgrounds. We' ll do everything to make you enjoy your time on the reef of Molokai. In preparation for your journey we will take you to the Molokai fishing and diving the previous morning to make your equipment personal.

You can be sure that you feel good in the sea. Mornings of the cruise, the skipper and the dive masters will decide the snorkelling spot according to the best possible terms and circumstances to guarantee the best possible dive outing. There are about 25 different snorkeling spots along the coastline.

It takes about 20-35 min. to reach the port, according to the area. Occasionally we even get a capsule of spinners or bottle nose sharks to join us at the snorkelling spot. There, we drop anchor in 8-12 foot waters about 1/2 - 1 nautical miles off the coast. The visibility is between 40 and 200 ft and the temperature of the sea is between 75-80°C. The temperature can vary according to the season.

Usually the snorkeling takes place for about an hours at each place, although this will depend on the group. Usually the first place we stop is the top reef, where you will see a great diversity of tropic species of seaweed, corals and other game. In the Whale Season (December-March), the Southern coast of Molokai is full of 8,000 to 10,000 cetaceans, so some snorkellers are lucky enough to occasionally "sing" the cetaceans.
