Bad Services - Review of Waiheke Island i-SITE Visitor Information Centre, Oneroa, New Zealand

We' ve bought double boarding passes for two in Auckland. When we got on the shuttle at 9am, we went to the visitors' information to ask where we should hop on the first one. I went over to the busses and when I left, the coach left.

We should have said that it was almost done, and we should have hurried to continue jumping, because that would have at least enabled us to make a judgment about the use of the bathroom and miss the coach (we were at my husband's writing table when he said he was walking to the bathroom and she had listened to our talk, as no one else was there).

I' m very sorry that your first time on the Isle was less than unforgettable. You will remember that we have responded to your request and provided you with take-away information, which is our job. I' m sorry, but we are not in the habit of hearing other people and have not heard that your man had to go to the toilet.

Busses are half-hourly and the stop for the vineyards is 15 minutes on foot from Matiatia. The information centre is located in the shipyard on Waiheke Island. It is not always occupied and there is a great deal of information about the island and its sights. We' ve just moved here, very thrilling for us, from now on this stand will be occupied 8 h a days in sommer and 7 h a days in winters, in springs.

We hope the Waiheke experiences will be improved for those who can get all the information they need face to face. If the ferryboats arrive and are not sure where, where or how to get there, all the information you need is available from very supportive, kind and well-informed people. Toilets, busses and cabs depart from here.

Hello Michele, thanks to the center. It provided all information about Waiheke, such as sights, activities, etc.
