Bringing a love of the principle from farmyard to dinner tables, he focuses on using the freshest locally grown produce. Following a personal meeting with our head cook, we will prepare an individual multi-course menu for two at a remote location with a view of Wailea Beach, with pairs of drinks for each course selected by our wine connoisseur.
