The Baptist congregation is a Southern Baptist congregation and is part of the Southern Baptist Assembly and the Hawaii-Pacific Convention. The Maui County Baptist Associations is our grassroots outfit. Scripture tells us that the faithful are destined to share our life as Christians with other faithful in the contexts of the community.

We are destined to be used in the contexts of the community bodies that erect each other, so that when we are wounded, we are all wounded, or when we are sacrificed, we are all sacrificed. All of us like to come together to adore the Lord, reading and studying the Bible, listening to the sermon, having the Lord's Supper together, share what we have, and share and eat together.

We are worshipping a mixture of folk anthems and modern song that draws our attentions to the only one deserving of adoration - our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. It is our aim to be modified and transfigured by the good news that our life shows it in every area and to live the good news with those who need to know the liberty, tranquillity and happiness that can only be found in Christ.
