The Lanai Trees

When I saw the bus turning onto the highway from the airfield, I realised that I would see much more than just palms on Lanaâi Isle. Pines line the street that leads to Lanaâi City, and I was there for a forme cut nursery for the next 10 nights!

Iâm doesn't grant any arborist â I don't know the name or the variety â I just adore photographing them. Indeed â I have a funny Pinterest board devoted exclusively to arboriculture! Lanaâi has concentrated on the story â and thanks to the Norfolk pine, the arid isle has found a way to capture damp.

Unnecessary to say â I took many pictures of plants while I was on Lanaâi â here are some of my favourites. The Norfolk pine at Koâele Lodge is the oldest pine ever found on the isle!
