VIM Setup for Go Developer

For someone like me who just got into VIM, and because the initial plug-in writer doesn't give any detailled instructions on how to set up his great work, I'm here. NOTE This is not an article about installing Go. PATHOGOGEN is a plug-in management software from VIM, which is supported by tonnes of plug-ins.
