THESE WARRANTIES GIVE YOU CERTAIN PERMISSIONS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER PERMISSIONS THAT DIFFER FROM STATE TO STATE (OR BY COUNTRY OR PROVINCE). APLE REJECTS ALL LEGAL AND IMPLIED GUARANTEES, IN PARTICULAR THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE WARRANTY FOR HIDDEN OR HIDDEN FAULTS, TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE.

TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, APPLE LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDY OF SUCH WARRANTY TO THE DURATION OF SUCH EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT APPLE'S DISCRETION, TO THE REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS DESCRIBED BELOW. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY? One Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California, U.S.A. 95014 ("Apple") guarantees the iPhone, iPad or iPod device and accessory ("Apple Product") included in the box for a PERIMENT (1) YEAR from the date of the consumer's sale ("Warranty Period") against faults in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Apple's released Warranty.

Apple's policies included information in Apple's specification, instruction manual, and customer support communication. WHY IS NOT WARRANTY INCLUDED? The warranty does not cover non-Apple proprietary and non-Apple packaging and sales of Apple proprietaryware. The guarantee does not apply: a) wear parts, such as battery or protection coating, which are engineered to decrease over a period of use, unless the malfunction is due to material or processing defects; b) aesthetic damages, which include but are not restricted to scrapes, bumps and fractured plastics on the connections; c) damages resulting from use with another device; d) damages resulting from accidents, abuses, misuse, fluid contamination, fire, earthquakes, or other exterior causes; e)

If Apple has not received Apple Authorized Services from Apple or an Apple Authorized Services Provider ("AASP"), (f) for damages resulting from services (including updates and extensions) not provided by Apple; (g) to an Apple product that has been altered without Apple's prior authorization in writing to change its function or performance; (h) for deficiencies due to ordinary use or otherwise due to the ordinary age of the Apple product; or (i) if a unique number has been deleted or distorted from the Apple product.

Prior to returning your Apple products for your Limited Lifetime Warranty, you should retain a back-up copy of the content of the memory device, delete any personally identifiable information you wish to safeguard and deactivate any lost or stolen password.

THE CONTENT OF THE STORAGE MAINTENANCES IS ERASED AND RE-FORMATTED DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD. THE APPLE AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF ANY SOFTWARE, FILES OR OTHER INFORMATION ON THE STORAGE MEDIUM OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE MAINTAINED APPLE-PRODUCTS. After your Apple purchase, your Apple products or replacements will be sent back to you, as your Apple products were set up when you bought them, provided they were updated accordingly.

As part of the warranties, Apple may apply system firmware upgrades that are designed to help Apple products not return to an older release of the system firmware. Non-Apple products may not be interoperable or may not work with the Apple products due to the system firmware up-date.

It is your responsibility to reinstall all other applications, information and files. This warranty does not cover the restoration and re-installation of other computer applications, files and information. Don't open the Apple product. Unplugging the Apple product may cause non-warranty damages. Apple or an Apple authorized repairer should only repair this Apple product.

DO APPLE WARRANTY INFRINGEMENT? If, during the Warranty Period, you make a valid warranty claim against Apple or an AASP, Apple will, in its sole discretion (i) service the Apple item with new or previously used parts that are equal in terms of power and dependability, (ii) substitute the Apple item with an item that is at least as functional as the Apple item and consists of new and/or previously used parts that are equal in power and dependability, or (iii) substitute the Apple item for a full refund from you.

You may be required to purchase replacements for certain parts or Apple products that can be reinstalled by the Apple users. Any spare part or Apple product, which includes a user-installable part that has been reinstalled in accordance with Apple's specifications, is warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or ninety (90) day from the date of exchange or service, whichever is longer for you.

If an Apple product or part is substituted or reimbursed, any substitute becomes your own and Apple retains ownership of the same. WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE? Before using the guarantee services, please consult the on-line help pages described below. If, after using these ressources, the Apple product still does not function correctly, please consult an Apple reseller or, if appropriate, an Apple reseller ("Apple Retail") or AASP using the information below.

Your Apple reseller or AASP will help you assess whether your Apple product needs repairing and tell you how Apple is providing it. Contact Apple by phone and fees may vary by geographic area. Below you will find on-line information with detailed information on how to claim your guarantee.

There are warranties available from Apple on one or more of the following options: Completion of the Carry-in Services. Your Apple products can be returned to an Apple reseller or Apple ASP site that offers a carry-in support to you. Repair will be done onsite, or Apple Retail or an Apple Retail can ship your Apple products to Apple Repair Services ("ARS") for repair.

When you are informed that repair is completed, immediately collect the Apple device from your Apple dealer or AASP site, or the Apple device will be shipped directly from the ARS site to your site. Principal (ii) Delivery services. When Apple determined that your Apple products are suitable for mailing, Apple will provide you with pre-paid bills of lading and, if appropriate, packing materials so that you can return your Apple products to an ARS or AASP site in accordance with Apple's directions.

When repair is completed, the ARS or AASP site will send the Apple product back to you. If you follow all directions, Apple will send your order to and from your site. Do-it-Yourself (DIY) spare parts services. You can repair your own Apple product with the Repair Parts Repair Center. If, under these conditions, a spare parts store is available, the following procedure applies.

a) Services for which Apple requests the refund of the Apple product or part thereof. We may request that you authorize your Apple product or part to use a chargeable payment by your Apple customer for the purchase amount and delivery charges. You may not have access to a shared services and Apple offers alternate services if you cannot authorize your payment cards.

We will provide you with a spare item or part with assembly instruction, if any, and all necessary information for returning the Apple item or part to you. By following the prompts, Apple will void your charge for the Apple products or parts thereof and will not charge you for shipment to and from your site.

Failure to send back the Apple product or part that has been repaired as specified or a replacement Apple product or part that is not eligible for repair will result in Apple charging the authorised amount to your Apple Cards. b ) Services for which Apple does not request a refund of the Apple product or part that has been substituted.

A Apple remanufactured Apple item or part will be provided to you free of cost, together with an Apple remanufactured Apple remanufactured part or part, together with assembly manual, if any, and any waste management requirement for the same. We reserve the right to modify the way Apple provides a warrantee to you and the right of your Apple product to obtain a particular type of aftercare. Services are restricted to the available choices in the countries where the services are required. Servicing optiotions, parts availabilty and reaction time may differ from countries.

If the Apple product cannot be maintained in the location where it is located, you may be liable for postage and processing fees. When you are looking for a particular type of services in a non-native buying state, you must respect all current legislation and rules on imports and exports and are liable for all customs and VAT and other related to it.

In the event that an internationally available warranty is available, Apple may attempt to repaire or substitute Apple products and parts with Apple products and parts that meet applicable codes. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WHAT IS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, APPLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING FROM A BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, ARISING OUT OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST USE, LOST INCOME, LOST ACTUAL OR EXPECTED GAINS (INCLUDING LOST GAINS FROM CONTRACTS), LOST USE OF MONEY, LOST EXPECTED GAINS;

business lost; forfeiture of business opportunities; forfeiture of good repute; forfeiture, corruption, compromise or falsification of data; or any indirect or consequential damages, IF ANY DEVICES AND PROPERTY, ALL EXPENSES FOR THE RESTORATION, INCLUDES

aple agrees any representative that any item of equipment will be repaired under this warranty or the aple products will be replaced without risks or losses of information contained in the aple products. In accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy, Apple maintains and uses information about customers at www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/privacy.

Apple resellers, agents or employees are not eligible to make any changes, enhancements or additions to this warranty. Warranty is subject to the regulations of the jurisdiction in which the Apple product was purchased. The guarantor under this warranty is Apple or its legal heir.
