Lhaviyani Atlantis, also known as Faadhippolhu, is located just north of Mal. Only 35 km long and 37 km broad, it consists of no less than 50 islets, although it is smaller than the other atols. Hinnavaru and Naifaru are home to most of the 8000 inhabitants of the island.

A special characteristic of this islet is that its islets are located on the outside edge and are large and densely overgrown. Well-known for its scuba dives, the "Boatyard" in particular gives scuba dives the chance to enjoy two shipwrecks in one go.
