The Space Marine has a smooth battle system that allows the player to smoothly transition from longrange combat to handgun fire without disrupting the warstream. Pressing the key for dogfight results in a dogfight attack with the armed hand-to-hand gun and extracting the body to hand-to-hand engagement area.

When sending foes into Space Marine, players receive a" Fury" that can trigger disastrous long-range or hand-to-hand combatattack. Players can use the" Faury Marksman" to step into an increased state of consciousness in which it seems that times are slowing down so that they can locate several long-range fighters in no time at all.
