A truly breathtaking home that offers the kind of panorama view over Hauraki Gulf that only a few billionaire people in the wider globe have dreamed of.... and the remoteness and tranquility you've longed for so long. This is an independent flat connected to a cosy eco-house, which is mainly powered by sun, electricity, wind energy and fuel.

The house and flat were completed in 2010 and have an especially large view from the Coromandel to the Whangarei Heads, and are located in a very secluded area that is only common with your family. Sit on the comfortable sofa and watch the constantly shifting view over the sea. As soon as you are completely laid back, you can discover the island or go swimming in the swimming pools that are part of the area.

Spot X is right below us, a 20-minute walk for the quick feet on a goats' path will take you to the crags. There is a private bathroom in the principal room, but one or two of the high standard queens' rooms in the principal building can be used.
