Here is a listing of the hotel's activities: playing golf, playing tenis, snorkelling, horse back-riding and skeetshooting (at the lodge in Koele), sailing trips and renting jeeps. Most of the activity is aimed at grown-ups. Nevertheless, this is a beautiful hotel, definitely one of the best I have ever been.

A luxurious seaside retreat with a relaxing ambience and stunning sea vistas or sumptuous tropic garden. As one of only two hotels on the whole isle, this hotel allows you to get away from it all. Situated on Lana'i, the third smallest of the large archipelago, only 25 minutes by plane from Honolulu or Kahului.

It offers a stunning vastness of misty woods, surrounded by lonely sandy whitewashed shores and steep reddish crags. Lana'i is approx. 21 km broad and 29 km long, with terrain altitudes ranging from ocean levels to altitudes of more than 1,036 m. Lana'i is a place of great importance for culture and offers many historic places, old fishermen's towns and singular topographic allure.

Today the only municipality on the isle is the picturesque old city of Lana'i City with 2,800 inhabitants. Located in the chilly centre of the isle. Deluxe rooms and suite offer a relaxing feeling on the islands, while state-of-the-art equipment is equipped with LCD TVs and high-speed wirelessly.

While some rooms have a view of the resort's lush garden, others have an impressive view of Hulopo'e Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
