While there are shops on the continent that you can fill up before you go, our well-stocked shop on Fraser Island is open every day and provides food, meats, veggies, souvenirs, casual clothing, camp clothing, angling tackle, ices, fuel kits and more.

And if you like the good old tradition of welcoming, we might even be able to persuade you to spend some time - just relaxing with a coldy in our bar (while the children romp around in the pool); go to the bakery for a cake and a doughnut.... or a delicious, newly baked loaf.... and in the high summer you can order a slice of homemade pastry for supper.

McKenzie's Restaurants serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners every day and serves a la-carte or a buffet selection for supper.

So we know that our ratings come from genuine customers like you. Anyone who could tell others better about the free breakfasts, the welcoming personnel or the peaceful room than someone who has lived on the premises before?
