Bora Bora in December

The Bora Bora in December

I' know her rainsiest month. The rainy season is between November and April, with December being the rainyest month of the year. May to December every day, if the weather allows it. Aerial view of Vaitape, Bora Bora, French Polynesia. The low season is from December to March as the weather is wetter.

Weather in December

Last weekend we planned our fortieth anniversary visit to Tahiti (Bora Bora and Moorea) in December. Just to find out that December had 15 average rains and 9 average monthly rains, we forgotten to ask for more. It is not necessary to leave in December, but it would be "nice".

We narrowed our plans to Moorea and Bora Bora with surface shelters. Hello Bob, The Tahitian monsoon is the end of November - the end of March. That doesn't mean it will be raining all the way through, but it will certainly get warmer, wetter, with a higher chance of weather.

I' ve travelled to Tahiti many often during this timeframe. As Tahiti is a tourist resort in the tropics, there are showers.......and rain bows even in the drier seasons (i.e. high seasons - June - Oct). Give my regards, thank you for your answer. At the moment I live in Las Vegas and hope for better ratings than December allows.

We were fortunate, I think, but we would probably return in the "rainy season", as we probably want to go there in the winter of Canada. On many occasions during the wet seasons (late November - March), you will see a brief shower of about 10 min, followed by arcs and rainshine.

In Tahiti, one wet seasons sees less rains than a droughty Hawaii, but the herds of tourists there all year round. Regarding the last billboard, I went back home to Moorea in the different month of the year and I don't even have a full stop where I didn't even get the full amount of light during the wet weather.
