Cancellations received up to 24 hrs before the date of your reservation will forfeit the 10% of your reservation fee. Reservations canceled within 24 hrs before your stay and for non-appearance a 1 night fine will be deducted from your payment only. Please see your reservation confirmations for cancellations of non-accommodation reservations (tours and packages).

Please consult the Proprietor directly to make changes or cancellation of your reservation using the contacts given on your reservation receipt. Cancellation within 24 hrs will result in a fine of 1 overnight per passenger - non-appearance will result in a charge of 1 overnight per passenger. Auckland Backpackers allow under 18s to sleep with a parent or fiancé in a separate room with bed linen provided.
