Reviews of the St. Regis Bora Bora Bora Resort, Bora Bora
This is a beautiful resort in beautiful surroundings. It was a great frame, the mansions stay the biggest on the islands and the services (by all the resort staff) were totally awesome! All the other mansions have similar opinions, regardless of their prices or location.
My major concern is that both places have got their audiences wrong. I' d dare to say that most guests who visit the resort are not looking for "the gastronomic journey of a lifetime", but a tasty, well-done meal and great client services. Third, in these two places, there is a restricted choice of menus that tends to repeat very quickly if you stay in the resort for more than a few nights.
St. Regis Bora Bora and the Four Seasons remain, in our view, one of the two best resort on the Isle. We believe that when it comes to finding the best accommodation in Bora Bora, you can't goof up.
Beautifully situated, but paradise also has its difficulties. - Overview of Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort & Spa, Bora Bora, France Polynesia
Pearl's seafront is totally beautiful, more than any of the hotels we have seen in Bora Bora & our last journey took us to St. Regis, which is amazing! After we landed at Bora Bora Airport: We were informed that the shuttle to the airport would cost 78,000 Euros.
Since there are only about 14 formal taxis "in the city", we were standing in the heavy rains and waited at the cab rank (next to the visitor centre where the visitor taxis arrive) for quite a while until the friendly lady....The promenade of the Pearl is completely beautiful, more than any of the hotels we have seen in Bora Bora & our last journey led us to St. Regis, which is amazing!
But if you are looking for many businesses and nightlife, you will want to go to the city that is located on the Bora Bora Islands (which the resort is facing). Situated on a small isle. You have a motorboat, but they only provide free transfer to the aforementioned parking area where you need a cab on the other side of the city.
The only other way is to eat in one place with a Bora Bora boats to meet you. However, the lodgings must make arrangements for you. There are also a few for hire, but the choice is limited.
