Usually not picked in the domestic growing area, there are occasionally turning raw trees and small sawn timbers in areas where the trees were used as ornament. It is not included in the CITES Appendices but is on the IUCN Red List.
Cabinets, laminated timber, pulp, twisted products and small wooden specialities. It only occurs on Norfolk Island, a small island about 900 nautical leagues eastward of Australia. Though the usual name indicates that this type is a jaw, it is not a real jaw of the Pinus type, which is limited mainly to the North.

Continuation of the amendment (2017 Measure No. 3) Regulation 2017
The Norfolk Island Continuous Laws Amendment (2017 Action No. 3) is Regulation 2017. 1. Any of the provisions of this Regulation listed in columns 1 and 2 of the said tables shall be considered as having begun. and the date following this Regulation shall be recorded.
Notice: This chart refers only to the original wording of this Regulation. This Regulation shall not be modified to cover subsequent changes to this Regulation. 2. The information in the third pillar of the tables shall not form part of this Regulation. The information may be added to or processed in this section in any public notice of this Regulation.
The Regulation is adopted pursuant to Section 19A of the Norfolk Island Act 1979. Every tool listed in an Annex to this Regulation shall be modified or cancelled in accordance with the relevant headings in that Annex and any other heading in an Annex to this Regulation shall take effect in accordance with its conditions.
Without prejudice to paragraph (4), any of the requirements under this Act that the tribunal must be settled in a particular case is a prerequisite that the tribunal must be settled in respect of the net odds. In this section: The procedure under this Act does not cover the procedure in connection with a violation of this Act.
Where the Commissioner for the best interests of the Infant provides information to a specific body in accordance with this section, the body designated under the Privacy Act 1988 of the Commonwealth shall be entitled to gather that information. Paste: Paste: NSW Act in effect means a Norfolk Island Act in accordance with Section 18A of the Norfolk Island Act 1979 of the Commonwealth.
Abolition of the definitions, replacement: Act means Norfolk Island legislature or a regulation of Norfolk Island legislature. The Norfolk Island legislature means an ordinance or legislature issued under an ordinance, with the exception of the ordinance: the cessation of the abandonment of operations on Norfolk Island of an applicable NAWI Act providing for a criminal offense.
Remark: A 19A regulation may have the indirect effect of modifying an applicable NAWI Act by modifying another 19A regulation (e.g. the Norfolk Island Applicable Laws Orderinance 2016) to modify an applicable NAWI Act. Similarly, a 19A Regulation may lead to an indirect end to the suspended operations of an NSW Act in force by changing another 19A Regulation so that it no longer interrupts the operations of the NSW Act in force.
Applicable to procedures initiated at or after the beginning of Annex 1 to the Ordinance on the Amendment shall be (1) Section 23A of the Children's Welfare Act 2009 (Norfolkinsel), as amended in this Annex. 2. Subpart 27(9A) of the Children's Welfare Act 2009 (Norfolk Island), as set out in this Annex, shall apply to information provided by the Commissioner on or after the beginning of Annex 1 to the Regulation as to whether the information becomes the property of the Commissioner before, at or after that beginning.
3. Despite the abolition and replacement of Section 32 of the ChildrenĀ³s Welfare Act 2009 (Norfolk Island) by this plan, a mission which entered into force immediately before the start of Section 1 of the Regulation of Amendment shall continue at and after that start as if it had entered into operation immediately after that start under this Section.
4. Section 193A of the Children's Welfare Act 2009 (Norfolkinsel), as added in this Annex, shall apply in respect of a sentenced individual for an offences on or after the start of Annex 1 to the Regulation as amended, even if the offences were perpetrated before that start.
