Chatham's Air

AA Chathams may change or supplement the policy from case to case. Travellers must register at least 45 mins. before the planned flight schedule for Chatham Island and 30 mins. before the planned flight schedule for all other fligth. Travelling with Air Chathams is without a ticket. If you are arriving later than 45 mins. before the planned flight schedule for Chatham Island and 30 mins. before the planned flight schedule for all other services, Air Chathams may terminate your reservation and all payment will be forfeited.

At all times before you board, Air Chathams and/or our agent may deny transportation of you or your luggage if we make or make any of the following decisions in our sole discretion: Disabled persons who informed us of their handicap and specific needs at the moment of reservation and who have been approved by us may not be rejected retrospectively because of such a handicap or specific needs.

Employees and Air Chathams agents are not able to meet your needs. Every item of luggage should not be more than 158 cm in overall size (length + width + height). Luggage over and above the free luggage may be transported if the available room and carrying capacities allow it. Extra luggage is surcharged.

If possible, the luggage will be transported on the same plane as the customer. If this is not practicable, however, it can be done on the next available service. Cabin luggage is restricted to one piece of hand luggage weighing less than 7 kg and a max. overall size (length + width + height) of 115 cm.

Luggage such as bikes and surf boards can be taken on another plane for an extra charge. Acknowledging that the following must not be contained in your hold luggage, Air Chathams will not be liable for any damages or losses unless the item is indentified and Air Chathams has agreed to carry it in writing:

Hazardous goods may not be transported as luggage. Tariffs are only valid for transportation from the point of origin to the point of arrival. Any fare must be prepaid or guaranteed to the full Air Chathams approval before take-off. Passengers must also cover any other fees incurred or necessary, such as any fees for departures, other duties or fees, surplus luggage surcharges or other fees.

If not otherwise stated in these regulations, the rates are non-refundable. The rates posted or recommended by Air Chathams apply at all times. Tariffs are priced higher if they are not fully remunerated. Occasionally, we may also offer discounted rates on select routes for a restricted duration.

A ticket price applies if a place is needed. People over 23 month and under 12 years of age are classified as infants and a child rate is only available on Chatham Island services. The responsibility for the payments is made at the moment of reservation. Reservations can be made until the end of the sale, provided there are Thrifty/Black Robin rated places available on the ticket.

Air Chathams may occasionally provide discounts. The following general accounting regulations are included with others that can be communicated at this point in it. Tariffs are non-refundable, non-upgradable to another passenger or another ticket and not to another tariff group. There is no guarantee of punctuality or otherwise and timetables and timetables are liable to be changed at any moment without prior notification.

Air Chathams cannot particularly warrant the punctual execution of transports: Failure or negligence of a customer. At Air Chathams' sole option, Air Chathams may unload or disembark passengers or luggage if required by restrictions in terms of weights or seat-capacities. All other airlines or aircrafts may be replaced by Air Chathams without prior notification.

Timetable may be changed without prior notification. In the event that other transportation is not possible or unsuitable, the customer may re-book with Air Chathams or obtain a reimbursement. There is no duty on Air Chathams to a customer who is delayed or missed a plane. The disclaimer applies to Air Chatham's operatives, officer, servants and agent.

Air Chathams has the sole right to offer refreshment or other service on a ticket. In order to maintain your safety, you must take appropriate measures to make sure that your web browsers support the Air Chathams website's cryptographic needs. If you choose to volunteer your personally identifiable information, Air Chathams will use it only for the purposes for which it was collected.

All of the information you provide will be kept secure by Air Chathams and will not be shared with third party unless otherwise prescribed or allowed by applicable laws, such as the 1993 Data Protection Act.
