This could also be referred to as the Earth's last time zone, which means that the watches in this zone display the'last' (i.e. most advanced) time of all time areas.

is Pacific/Kiritimati. On 1 January 1995, the Republic of Kiribati implemented a date shift for its east half from time zone -11 and -10 to +13 and +14. Previously, the time zone UTC+13 and UTC+14 did not existed. Kiribati was a settlement in the Gilbert Islands, just westwards of the Old Date Line.
