Where to Stay in Rarotonga Cook IslandsAccommodation in Rarotonga Cook Islands
On which side of the isle should one stay? That Chuck is right that the sundowns are on the western side! The southern side is the best place to swim, as it is the calmest part of the isle. There are the Little Poly (childless) and Moana Sands.
Rarotonga fruit, which Chuck calls good for snorkeling, is nearby. But it can get quite windy on this route. Vaimaanga, a little further along the southern coastline, also has very good possibilities for snorkeling and bathing, but is not quite so forsaken. Muri, in the eastern part, is the most cultivated and from our point of views not very suitable for a swim.
Things can get a little bit breezy like Vaimaanga.
The Pacific Resort Rarotonga stands out not only for its special location on the outskirts of the lake, but also for its amenities such as indulgence massages, indoor pools and various water sports. The Pacific Resort Rarotonga also offers a wide range of food choices, among them them themed evenings and the opportunity to enjoy tasty shellfish on board the Lake Cruiser.
The villa extends over two floors and has a distinctive tavern with a view of the magnificent lake and the sandy beaches.
