Each application for authorisation of a disabled pet on the WC grounds will be forwarded to the AOAO lawyer to obtain information on the type of disability and the unavoidable health needs of the disabled pet, information on the pet and other information that the lawyer considers appropriate to assess the application.

The lawyer will then send a suggestion and information to the board to determine whether the pet should be allowed on the site. When the Board of Directors resolves to admit an pet to the site, it requires the owner/user of the pet compensation, evidence of third party responsibility coverage or other warranties from the owner/user of the pet to make sure that the AOAO is safe from additional costs or liabilities related to the animal's stay on the site.
