Most orders from our vendors are received on Thursday or Friday of the same month and we endeavour to deliver them to you within 24 hrs of receipt of the same. This lump sum applies per parcel up to a value of 300 and a max. limit in terms of surcharge.

RYSLAM Airmail has a lead time between 1 and 3 weekly, according to your area. Internationally Tracked is covered for added value and is fully traced from the beginning to the end of the trip and has the same carrier as Airmail.
On the next working weekday the shipping time is up to 2 working working days. The UK has a 5 kg surcharge, with the exception of the Royal Mail Special Supply, which has a 2 kg surcharge. There is a 2 kg shipping cost allowance for all orders placed internationally. That is because Royal Mail has a unique parcel load of 2 kg for all your mail items.

We' ll solve the problem by shipping you spare parts wherever we can, and we'd rather do so than give you a full reimbursement. We may ask you to send an article back to us. In case you would like to easily reverse and send back all or part of your order, please inform us in written form within 7 working day after receipt of your order.

When you receive a good that has a defect that contains an item out of a carton/blister, you must inform us within 12 month of receiving it. We' ll solve the problem by shipping you spare parts wherever we can, or we'll give you an immediate reimbursement if you like.
