The aim of this endeavour is to create and create a world-class navigator for Vanuatu who will accommodate all vessels in service in Vanuatu during the cycle season, while at other periods it can be used as an entertaining or visitor-catcher. Seafarers' Square is situated on the beach of Aore Island, opposite the city of Luganville on the island of Espiritu Santo in the north, across the Segond Canal.

Luganville is about 3 km across the canal, the Pekoa airport is about 5 km from the city.

The aim of this joint venture is to create a world-class multi-purpose plant. Vanuatu's first yacht harbour of this kind will be successful with this venture.
