Deliveries within Germany take about 2-5 working day from the date of shipment, while International Standards take 5-14 working day from the date of shipment.

Usually, shipment tracking and verification is not possible with a default shipment tracking and verification method. While Fruugo dealers make every effort to ship within these deadlines, please be aware that the above deadlines are approximate and not underwritten. Possible tariffs or taxes which are levied on shipment shall be borne exclusively by the client.

Some of the items bought from Fruugo are not returnable. It must be unworn/unused, with genuine pendants and in the genuine carton. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed so that they are not harmed during transport back. When you wish to send back an order or some of the items contained in an order, please contact Fruugo Service within 14 workingdays of the order, providing the following information: your name, order number, optional a cause for your return: dissatisfied with the product, not satisfied with the product descriptions, defective product, incorrect product or for any other cause.

You will be given special shipping directions for the return(s) to the dealer(s) by our support team. Do not dispatch the parcel until you have received the directions. The refund will be made within 14 workingdays of the receipt of the goods by the dealer. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the product arrives at the dealer and is ready for returns.

In the event that you are receiving a faulty, fractured or faulty item, please inform Fruugo Service as soon as possible. Please provide at least the following information: your name, your order number and we will usually advise you to return the faulty item to the dealer. In the event that you reject your order in whole or in part (if the product or packing does not appear to be faulty or damaged), you will be liable for the shipping costs. We will deduct from your return all costs and expenses the merchant incurs in refusing a parcel.
