The preservation of the "land" of Oahu
The beach section from Kaena Point to Kahuku Point on Oahu is lovingly called "da country". That is a sentence that began in the later 1960s around the Oahu Arc. "It was ( and still is) a way for the municipalities of the Oahu coastline to make it known that great developments in these unspoilt areas of the country are NOT welcome.
Today you can find "Keep The Country Country Country" on caps, T-shirts and car labels in our lovely necklace of isles and all over the atlantic. It' a subtile memory.......if we don't work together, with a long-term, open-minded approach to the evolution of the archipelago and the conservation of our nature and culture, they can get away forever.
It was a crucial date in the struggle to conserve the northern shores of Oahu on 17 April 2014. It is an astonishing achievement for the Oahu and global community.
United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
Hawaiian Affairs Office (OHA) chief executive has kept his position and received official assistance to try to challenge the US as to whether the Kingdom of Hawaii still existed as a supreme country. Camanaopono Crabbe triggered an inner conflict when he sent a note to US Secretary of State John Kerry asking for a decision on whether the Kingdom of Hawaii still existed legit.
This document, which was quickly repealed by the OHA fiduciaries, was motivated by the recognition of the US government that the fall of the empire in 1893 was inadmissible. Crabbe has now won the assistance of the OHA trustee, who will resend the mail and keep it in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer.
"They are in full endorsement and say that his question is definitely worth something." There is also increasing official backing for Mr. Crabbe's campaign: 2,500 sign an on-line Petition. that the Hawaiians need a solution to this problem. "He said what was toppled was the administration, not the country.
Sai accuses auditory training for misunderstanding the Hawaiian view of its real state. "Hawaii an early 1900s Revisionist story was learned here in Hawaii, which Hawaii presented as if it were part of the United States, although there is indeed clear proof that it is not," he said.
If the Kingdom of Hawaii actually still exists, many historic agreements with countries such as Britain and Australia would still be in force. If Hawaii is still their own country, the US could violate public order. As Dr. Sai says under public International Relations laws, the premise is the continuation of a country when it is founded.
"Everything that needs to be provided is proof that Hawaii was a country (and it was recognized by the United States and Britain and everyone else)," he said. "The United States is burdened with compelling proof that it has indeed wiped Hawaii out as an autonomous state under truly universal rule of law. 2.
"Without this proof, the Kingdom of Hawaii will continue to exist."
