Is yin yang? - Deep understanding and use of yin and yang

The yin yang is perhaps the best known and most widely publicized conception in Taoism. An initial definition: yin/yang: The yin and yang are also the point of departure for changes. Yin means "dark side" and Yang "sunny side". The Yin Yang is the idea of binary, which forms a whole.

Samples of Yoga and Yoga are encountered daily. For example: nocturnal ( "yin") and daytime ("yang"), feminine ("yin") and masculine ("yang"). For millennia some things have been arranged and combined under different Yin-Yang classificationsystems. Taijitu is the symbol for Chinese yi. It' just what most folks call the yin-yang symbol in the western world.

Taoism has been found in more than one civilization and has become a symbol of Taoism over the years. Yin and Yang are not all. There'?s nothing all yin or all yang. Every point contains the starting point for the other one. Thus, for example, it turns light into light and light into light.

The yin and yang are dependent on each other, so the definitions of one require the definitions of the other to be full. The yin yang is not organic. Yin and Yang's natural environment changes over the years. An example is a reflection on how the light of light is slowly flowing into the darkness.

The length of days and nights, however, changes. During the aging of the soil, its spins slow down, making the length of the sun and moon longer. There are no statistical units at all. Occasionally, changes in the yin/yang relation can be tragic, where one thing can simply pass into the other.

Yin and Yang together are one. As an effect, if one factor is increased, the other will decrease to keep the overall equilibrium of the whole. Yin Yang's imbalance can be distorted by external factors. This imbalance can be paired: an abundance of yin can thus be used to imitate a yang deficit and inverse.

For example, this approach is particularly important for China's curative practice. Excessive yang leads to a temperature. A surplus of yin could mean the build-up of fluid in the system. Inner and outer irritations, deficiency and excesses, cold and heat and yin and yang. The yin yang can be divided into further yin and yang dimensions.

Like a yang point of heat: can be further divided into a yin hot or yang firing. There are other principals that determine yin and yang quality. This is only a point of departure to show the Yin and Yang world. Usually Taoism as a practise does a good work of not codify the world.

It is ironic that this was not the case with Yin Yang, as many Taoists have tried to code the Yin and the Yang throughout time. Typical Taoistic lyrics will give some samples of yin and yang and then change to the next theme. An example is the above-mentioned taoistic part of Tao Te Ching.

To understand Yin Yang more clearly, we need to look back into the Tao. After test: The Tao's character is expanding. Yin or Yang is not necessary to practise Qigong. Instead, it is an extra screen that will help individuals reconnect with the real world.

A further example is the Daoist prophecy in the Book of Changes / I Ching. Taoism's prophecy is a praxis of studying the interaction of humans on the basis of known psychologic models. Samples produced are of the same quality as those specified by Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang patters are used in the momentary psyche to give the questioner advices.

The yin yang is a basic element of Taoist thought. Yoga is a system of understanding how to divide pattern in our lives and at the same time relax to respect the whole and total character of the Tao.
