Greatest SamoanThe world' s greatest man Sultan Kösen is the first Turk to be in Samoa.
It is said that Sultan Kösen, a Turk who has the highest life records in the whole wide globe at 251 centimetres (8 ft, 3 inches), was the first man from Turkey to have visited Samoa, an insular state in the Polynesia area. Following a two-day journey of 16,391 kilometres, Aiono Sailelele Malielegaoi, Prime Minister of Samoa Tuilaepa, welcomed Kösen at the Malielegaoi International Airports.
Telling journalists that the PM was the first Turkish citizen to come to their home and was also received in the PM's residence. He is said to have gone to Samoa as part of an action at the country's tourist trade show and will also perform at the Magic Circus in Tuanaimato.
Officers of the Cousin, who liked to be guests, had a provocative job of transporting him and taking particular precautions to meet his needs. Supposedly they carried a specially designed dressmaker with them, who had to climbing a stairway to survey eyelets for tailor-made trousers and underwear. In 2009 Kösen became the largest man in the whole wide body when he became 246.5 cm (8 feet 1 in) tall.
