Tahiti Airport to Bora Bora

4,5 hours stay at Tahiti Airport - Bora Bora Forum

LAX's 5:30 am plane will arrive in PTP and we don't fly to Bora Bora until 10:00 am. This is probably not enough to get a room in a room, as it would only take a few hour to get on our Bora Bora flights.

Is the airport air-conditioned? and have a cup of tea, but what do you guys think who are used to the airport? There' s no fresh wind in the Tahitian shelter. There is, however, a café on the top that has aeration.

Once you have passed immigration, go right and swap cash, then turn lefts and go to the airline's check-indesks. As soon as you see the switch on the leftside, there is an outdoor café overlooking the switches. There' s also a staircase and an elevators leading to another air-conditioned café.

Keep in mind that this is an early dawn, so there is no immediate exposure to the summer heat, you may just want to stay in the outside café for a few hour before boarding at Air Tahiti. BWT, you will more than likely come at 6:00 am, 30-45 min to get clearance, from the custom clearance times you have to change and to the café it will be 7:00 am. 2hrs at the café and then go check-in at Air Tahiti, enjoy, The little coffeeshop Tiki mentioned below will probably be open.

Maybe you don't even need the AC so early in the day.... just hanging around, drinking some coffees, buying some picture cards, eating a crispy and checking in for your plane.
