It' a great place to have a cup of tea when you walk around the island. Friendliness of personnel, quick services, one of the better places in the town. There' s a back room with seats, but it was quite full on a Friday afternoons. I' m always ordering decaffeinated Grand Lattes. They' re really cute.
Taste a Toffey Nuss Bar that is addicting! You' re gonna be a disappointment looking for a sub by Starbucks. Beautiful outlooks. Spicy gourd pate bar - ideal for the autumn time.

The Roosevelt Island is a small, slender island between Manhattan and Queens. Though it is entirely separate by waters, it is part of the community of Manhattan. There are no more than 20,000 inhabitants on this island, and there is exactly one Starbucks who serves them all. Here are some other funny facts about Roosevelt Island:
During the 1800' s the town of New York purchased the island and used it to hold captives and the deaf. is the Roosevelt Island tramway from downtown Manhattan on60th Street and 2nd Avenue. So if you've ever seen the first Spider-Man film with Tobey Maguire, you may recall that Spider-Man saved a dozen lives from hanging in the streetcar.
Up until 1989, the tramway was the only way to reach Roosevelt Island from Manhattan. You can only get a vehicle or lorry to the island from Queens via the Roosevelt Island Bridge. Perhaps if you've ever seen the first Spider-Man film with Tobey Maguire, you'll recall that Spider-Man saved a dozen lives in the dangly Roosevelt Island Terra.
I know you're gonna die to learn about their only Starbucks. Well, if anything, it does remind me of some of my favourite Florida Starbucks. Starbucks is covered in bushes and lush vegetation, and if you don't look to Manhattan, you almost forgetfulness.
This Starbucks has only one toilet - and then everything comes back. So, if you're a New Yorker who lives on Roosevelt Island, congratulations! You got a great Starbucks. If you' re a New Yorker who hasn't visited the island yet, I suggest the journey.
