Vulcano Roccard

The Rocard is a recently found U-boat Vulcano half way between Tahiti and Mehetia isles. In 1966, 1971 and 1972 it showed seismic activity, possibly caused by U-boat outbursts ("Talandier" and "Custer", 1976). Rock excavated from the vulcano in 1986 "exploded" as it touched the ground, indicating that the recent volcanic eruption did not yet have enough material to match the pressures and temperatures on the immersed sides of the building.

Rocard peak is 2100 metres below the surface west of Teahitia and south of Moua Pihaa. The Rocard is much smaller than the neighbouring seams.

A homophobia is unusual in Polynesia. Tiare flowers are a real icon for Tahiti. Men as well as woman are wearing this floral, either as necklaces, crowns or behind the ears. Use a tiare on your lefthand side to indicate that you are marrie. Tiare flowers have a lovely and appealing fragrance and are used in renowned fragrances such as Alien Eli Luminescente by Thierry Mugler, Anais Anais Cacharel, Island Fifi by Michael Kors and many others.
