This is a delicious, old-fashioned, excellent meal, to be perfectly frank. Everyone who read my conclusions on China nutrition knows I am a stickerler for not being adventurous and adhering to what I know and like. It was extraordinarily solid and inexpensive.

If you have a good place to eat, you know that the meal increases in terms of flavor and aroma. You won't be bored with what was ordered and what was ate, just try this place and see what I had. For me it is only of advantage when I see how the living lobster is selected by the guests and then comes out 5 minutes later as a serving of meal on a dish!

We had a full capacity and we had an exquisite dinner, obviously made for a genuine China flavor. There' s a broad palette of menu choices, we had one of the dishes because we couldn't choose from the one. We' re never let down by Shanghai Bay.

I am a big admirer of Jim Summ and wanted to present it to him, but it should be a good, genuine experiment for his first attempt. No disappointment, because the food we ordered was of outstanding nutrition! So we ordered two kinds of stewed Bao (a favorite ) and some Shanghai style potato balls to part.

Three chickens and three pigs, and we wrapped them up. It had a succulent, mouth-watering and generous portioning and the roll was the perfectly sweet and smooth consistency. I' d especially like the chickens, which were wet and yummy. Shanghai knödel soon after that and were similarly good.

The tender crab packages were lightweight, humid and the stuffing was ample and tasty. We had to buy some pudding rolls, a piece of cakes and a salty goose eggs before we sailed. They were some of the best I've tasted, with a large amount of pudding to fill a big, smooth one.

Both of us had an outstanding dinner, the services were quick and obliging and the prizes were very favorable. You' re really getting a great deal for what you are paying for and an immersive adventure.
