Departures can be modified, if the departures are modified to a bank holidays, the tariff must be converted to a bank holidays tariff.
Parcels are reimbursable up to 24 hrs before arrival. Part of the parcel can be returned either by the ferry or the carrier, less an administrative charge of $25.
