POLYNESE ORIGIN and MIGRATIONS: From Peter Leiataua AhChing

Polynesia was populated from Westpolynesia to Eastern Polynesia, as indicated by dates of fossil origin and times of Lapita ceramics. The early Polynesians emigrated from the Samoan Isles, the 2000-500 BC to Marquesas 100 AD to Tahiti 300 AD to Hawaii 500 AD and then from eastern to westerly, these Polynesians colonized Aotearoa New Zealand 800-1000 AD from the Cook Isles.

Sisters in SAMOA, TOHITI and HAWAII are Upolu and Savaii in Samoa 2000-500 BC, Uporu and Havaii in Samoa 300AD now Taha'a and Raiatea and then Upolu in Hawai'i and Hamoa (Samoa), Maui in Hawaii 500AD. It was a replica of their twin isles in SAMOA when the Savaii kids colonized new countries in eastern West Polynesia.

Polynesia's reconstruction of their native Samoa on their new land in Eastern Polynesia has resulted in the following common features; today we have these places: Savai'i (Samoa), Havai'i (Tahiti), Hawai'i (Hawaii, Great Island), Samoa (Samoa), Hamoa (Maui, Hawaii), Ta'u in Manu'a, Samoa), Ka'u in Hawai'i (Great Island), Upolu (Samoa), Uporu (Tahiti) and Upolu (Great Island Hawaii).

This was not a coincidence, it was done by the travelling sons of Savaii Samoa in a systematic way to gain possession (land title) and intimacy in their newly found country. Samoan Tonga means "south". "The Samoan oratorio traditions say that the natives of Tonga were Polynesians from Samoa and Melanesians from Fiji and Vanuatu.

Melanesia's culture was very influential on the Tonga Isles, so the Polynesians stayed in Samoa. In order to preserve the Polish legacy, the Kingdom of Tonga looked for a wedding with Samoan Alii family, hence Queen Salamasina and King Taufaahau Tupou.
