Terrible customer service!!!!! - Review of The Raviz Resort and Spa, Ashtamudi, Kollam, India

It was a great adventure and I spent 2 evenings in Raviz Kollam with my whole group. We were surrounded only by the friendliness and heat that was expanded by all the people. Originally we wanted to spend the overnight there, but we expanded our journey to another one.

One really good thing I think is that we are already planing another long journey in 2015 and will make Raviz our basis as we continue to discover Kerala. Many thanks to the Raviz managers and employees for the marvellous work.
